Walmart supermarket chain in the US is the world’s largest private employer with 2.2 million employees in more than 11,000 stores. It is spread in 28 countries. Started in 1962 by Sam Walton in Rogers, Arkansas, USA.

It is also world’s largest company by revenue with US $482 billion. Walmart is a family owned business and it is controlled by Walton Family. Walmart operates hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores.It generates more than 60% of total grocery retail sales in the US.
