The Pentagon is headquarters of United States Department of Defense situated near Washington D C, It is also largest military building in the world. It was designed architect George Bergstrom. It was completed and started operations in 1943. It is around 6.5 million sq ft in area.

The office building employs around 26000 military, civilian and support staff. It has 5 floors above ground and 5 sides. It has 5 ring corridors per floor with a total length of 28 km. It has Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine and Space command centers. With operations all over the globe, it is the most powerful military building in the world.
